h1z1 uses too much cpu

When i play h1z1 i get low fps and i should be getting 60 and it is all on very low settings please can anyone sort this out

There's nothing saying you should be getting 60fps other than YouTube, and if that's the source, that's the problem.

The amd APU's are not exactly a strong cpu, they are designed primarily for standalone processes such as office or simple grandma pc's, not gaming, which is significantly higher cpu performance and loads dependent. Add in 8Gb of single channel ram (@20% worse performance than dual channel 8Gb) and a highly cpu dependent game such as H1Z1 and the cards are all stacked against you getting 60fps,regardless of what the gpu is capable of.

It's highly doubtful on that game you'll see 60fps, the only option being to enjoy the game for what it is, so I'd recommend you bump up any gpu bound settings, and lower or disable cpu...
