H310M or B360M

As am planning for my office pc build am confused between H310m and B360m motherboards. I want my motherboard to be future proof. What is the difference between the two and which one should I buy and why. And which manufacturer.

There is not a right or wrong reason to choose one over the other, the H310 chipset is just a cut down/less expensive alternative to the B360. Asus is the biggest motherboard maker in the world, but are usually a little more expensive.
