Question H370 Aorus gaming 3 wifi stuck on OS bootup

Hi there

Just bought all the below components for the H370 Aorus Gaming 3 wifi Motherboard and it gets stuck on the Boot OS screen .

CPU - i7 9700K Cofee Lake 3.60Ghz LGA 1151
PSU - 550W
M/board - H370 Aorus Gaming 3 wifi rev 1.0 - Bios Version F11
Ram - x2 8GB 2666Mhz DDR4 vengance LPX corsair
HDD TB barracuda - Clean
CD-ROM - WINDOWS 8 OS (trying to boot this from orginial windows 8 pro CD)

All cables plugged in properly
I can access the BIOS
Have tried CMOS restart with taking batt out
Have tried using a 4gb Ram DDR4 x1 2133Mhz Apacer
Have tried booting from my SSD with Windows 10 pro on already from my old setup
I just dont know what to do next other than take it to someone.

Please help

I came right!!! I went on gigabyte website gor that motherboard .. downlaods the new BIOS f13 update put on a stick then in BIOS menu i went to Help bottom.left then Q-flash and did a BIOS update from there. Wala!!! Worked with my w10 pro os on my ssd still and files
