H440 fan replacement

What is a good fan to replace one of the stock front fans (120mm) on an H440 case?
Should I replace all three, or will I be fine just replacing the one?

Fans I have considered from other posts:
Corsair SP120, Corsair ML120, Noctua NF-F12.

Background: The other day when I was cleaning out my case I did something stupid and broke a fin off of one of the front 120mm fans. Warranty replacement is out of the question. The fan setup is currently just the stock setup (3 120mm pulling in front, and 140mm pushing out the back.)

Why not just pick up another nzxt fn-v2 that came with the case?

Yeah I wouldn't have a problem doing that. I just figured if there was an upgrade to be had, now would be the time to do it.

You might look into Phanteks PH-F120S as it matches your aesthetics of the case and is on par with the Noctua fan performance wise.
