H440 temps with a Cooler Master Hyper 412S CPU cooler?

If you leave the stock fans that come with the case and you substitute the intel stock cpu cooler with a cooler master hyper 412S cpu cooler, can you achieve "not so hot" temps?

FYI: not going to overclock for now, maybe in the future!

Yes they are what I use in my 750D.

Quiet and efficient.
