h500p mesh fans

Considering doing a case swap to the CoolerMaster h500p mesh but i have read that you will need to plug in a 3 and 4 pin connector for these fans to function. I am kind of new to pc's and am unsure if the motherboard in my pre-built system would be compatible. the motherboard i am using is the asus tuf gaming B360M-E
any help would be appreciated
