i've seen majority of intel 500 gen motherboards comes with pci express 4.0, does it works on core i3 10100f and rx 470 onto the motherboard? none of them support pci express 4.0

does h510 over previous gen h410 has any improvement at all?

The combo will work. H510 will allow you to run faster ram, if/when you upgrade to an 11th gen CPU, like say a 11400/f. Which board exactly are you looking at?

Yea with that board, it appears the M.2 is gen 3.0, so that isn't a concern. Some 11th gen boards have dual M.2, but one of them only work with an 11th gen CPU installed.
