H55 Quiet vs Air Cooler

Hi, I have a silverstone sugo sg13b, and i was wondering whether the Corsair Hydro H55 would be significantly better than a amd stock cooler. I cannot put anything much taller than the stock cooler, but the case supports a 120 rad. Is this a good upgrade? My CPU is a 860k

The $25 Hyper 212 outperforms the h55 by 2.5C. No exactly a good investment ... then again, no CLC is. Every CLC on the market gets outperformed by a less expensive air cooler

Look into the short coolers from Cryorig and Phanteks
