H55 vs H61 i need a quick answer please

Agreed. Even if one were to overclock a high end HSF priced around $45 will outperform those water coolers as well as being quieter. Examples are the Scythe Mugen 5 and Thermalright Macho Direct.

To answer your question OP, either chipset will be fine so just get the cheapest board that isn't biostar or foxconn

If so its true,then h55 stands for 1156 and h61 for 1155.

But best to get h61 to avoid any possibility of buying the wrong socket
