H55M-S - Foxconn HELP

Hi everyone.
I have H55M-S - Foxconn Mobo.
My mainboard doent start AUTOMATICALLY when i lost power.
How can i do it???
I cant find in Bıos menu any similar like "Restore on AC Power Loss"

It's not an option in your BIOS. Some older PCs don't have this setting and so aren't capable.
