Hello. What maximal cpu i can fit in my motherboard !? what about Lynfield and clarkdale is they have diferent sockets !?

Solution

Best CPU's for LGA 1156:
Core i7: 4 core / 8 threads
i7-880 (3.06GHz - 3.73GHz Turbo).
i7-875K (2.93GHz - 3.6GHz Turbo) unlocked multiplier for overclocking if you're into that.

Core i5: 4 core / 4 threads
i5-760 (2.8GHz - 3.47GHz Turbo).

Clarkdale and Lynnfield both use the LGA 1156 CPU socket. Clarkdale (32nm) was a die shrink of the Lynnfield (45nm) CPU architecture. Clarkdale also added integrated graphics to the CPU, but the Clarkdale i5 CPU's only have 2 cores / 4 threads compared to 4 cores / 4 threads for the Lynnfield i5 CPU. Intel did not make a Clarkdale i7 CPU. Because Intel reduced the physical core count of the Clarkdale i5 (2 instead of 4 in order to add integrated graphics), a Lynnfield i5 would out perform a Clarkdale i5 at the same CPU clock speed.

NOTE: If you currently have a Clarkdale CPU in your system and you don't have a dedicated graphics card (i.e. you're using the on-board graphics on the motherboard), you will need to get a graphics card (GPU) if you upgrade to one of the Lynnfield CPU's I listed above. Lynnfield CPU's do NOT have integrated graphics, only Clarkdale CPU's do.
