h60 cooler can it be detected on link 4?

im trying to use my h60 corsair cooler on link4 and i cant control any fans or the cooler is there something im missing? and on the left side of the cooler block not the radiator theres a circle on the side and i have no clue what it does...if anyone knows please message me immeditaely because my fan speeds are not the correct speed. thanks!

Only coolers denoted with "i" at the end have access to corsair link.
