H60 just isn't cutting it.

So I am relatively new to PC building and overclocking. I got myself a pretty beastly rig of a 980ti, Sabertooth 990fx mobo and an 8350 4.0 that I currently have overclocked to 4.4 ghz. Only problem is my heat levels are preventing me from pushing anything much further than that. The idea was to get the 8350 to 4.7. I am using a Corsair H60 to cool the CPU (not installed myself) and everything else is stock. I have two fans on the top of the case (Antec Gx500) but I'm running low 60's for the CPU and 58's for the motherboard core when I stress it in prime95.
So the question is should I upgrade my H60 to something better (I'm willing to spend up to 200 if it's worth it) or can I use it in conjunction with an air fan? Or other cooling method? I'm not familiar with installing them so if replacing it is recommended, is there anything that installs using the same brackets or should I use something else entirely? I don't care about sound, So most effective cooling is what I am looking for.

Tl;DR; H60 not good. What do.

I have a pretty similar build and I am currently at 4.7 have been to 4.8 with the H80i. My cpu gets to about 45-50c under load and mobo stay under 40c.

Though I am currently waiting for my Noctua to arrive as I cannot wait to test those temperatures.

Edit: I am tired so I keep missing people's questions in my answers. It is definitely worth it to invest in a high end cpu cooler when overclocking and playing high end games.

Whatever cools the best. I am pretty indifferent to what method, as long as the numbers are good
