Hey where can I get the BIOS update for my motherboard?

If you're going to ask the specs of my motherboard, here:

ASUS P8H61-M LX3 PLUS R2.0
Intel Core i5-3470@3.2Ghz
8GB RAM
Inno3D GeForce GTX 650

just input your OS and grab the latest BIOS....

i just downloaded the update but what am i going to do with it? since that the file extension is in a .CAP format :3

Put it on a USB stick, and reboot to BIOS. Somewhere in there there's an option to update the BIOS from a USB stick.
