So only the P01.XX BIOS versions will work on your system... you currently have the P01-B0 BIOS version, so you'll be able to update only to the P01-B0 from their website(it's newer compared to what you have), but not the P02. XX versions.

Your system is only 2nd gen sandy bridge compatible unfortunately... you don't have a BIOS update to support 3rd gen ivy bridge.

If it boots up from your USB drive to the DOS environment with a C:\ or A:\ prompt, to update you need to run the following command:

AFUDOS yourbios.ROM /P /B /N /REBOOT

Replace "yourbios" with the actual name of the rom file.

Just beware that most likely your I5-3570K still won't probably work.

I write AFUDOS p02a02m.ROM /p /b /n /reboot and it says error: Problem opening file fo reading.

I wrote AFUDOS P02-A0 2M than its starts to flash and it says rom file size does not match existing bios size

In BIOS it says that my version is P01-B0 already, si i guess the one on the webiste won't work since i already have it.

It will, it's slightly newer,but... there's no point in updating it though.
You won't be able to install the i5-3570K, it's not compatible... stick with your I5-2320.

Alright, i have another question than. My i5-2320 cpu works pretty good with the games i play, but which Intel 2nd gen sandy bridge is the bst one for gaming?

The I7-2600 would be the best you can upgrade to on that motherboard... it has 4 more threads and higher clock speeds compared to your I5-2320.

Even though they only list I5s as compatible... here's someone running an I7-2600 on the Veriton X2160G with the same P01-B0 BIOS:

Now, if you're happy with the I5-2320 stick with it... you can save up and build a whole new system in the future.
