H67 vs p67 which is better for intel i7-2600k

i ahve purchased intel i7-2600K and Gigabyte H67 chipset m/b
Is it better to go for P67 motherboard ?

Why would u go with H67, when u have Z68 and P67?

Z68 is the best for all activities, like video editing, gaming and everything else. It has the best features from P67.

Its great for OC as well.

P67 or Z68 is required IF you want to OC - period. Since the SB 'K' is all about OC'ing then the choice is perfectly clear -- P67 or Z69.

If you never plan to OC then keep in mind a 'good' P67 or Z68 is going to cost $170~$200+.
