Your case supports coolers up to 160mm, so that should be fine. As for the GPU card, that shouldn't be a problem. It isn't on any other standard ATX motherboard so I don't see why it would be on yours. As far as the memory, Cryorig coolers are generally offset away from the memory for compatibility. If you are only running two sticks of RAM and they are in the A2 and B2 slots, (2nd and 4th slots away from the CPU socket), then you should be fine. If you have four sticks installed and you have very tall memory, you may have to slightly raise the fan on the heatsink. Probably though, if you have normal height heatsinks on the memory or memory without heatsinks, you should have plenty of clearance regardless of how many modules are installed.

Thanks for the help really appreciated, and one last thing, my board is micro-atx

Nobody is going to be able to tell you for sure. That board is very old, so it's unlikely there are many people who still have one of those and an H7 to say yes it for sure fits, however, if you go here: http://www.cryorig.com/h7.php

and scroll down the page there are instructions on how to print a foldable compatibility checker to see if the cooler will fit your motherboard and clear your components.
