I am planning to spend around 150 usd on the case for my next PC build.
I plan on liquid cooling the cpu while leaving the GPU with air cooling. I am open to mounting it vertically or horizontally. No reservations there.
I am happy with ATX compatibility.

I am confused between the NZXT H700 and the Phanteks p600S.
Which one would you suggest?
