H80i Air Flow direction

Hey guys. I Have an NZXT Guardian 921 case, with frontal 120mm as intake, side 120mm as intake, and 120mm rear as Exhaust.
I have my new 4770k today and i must set up the H80i in the position of the rear fan, so i dont know if set it up as exhaust, or make the side one as exhaust and install h80i as intake.

Can someone give me a little tip about this?

Unless you want that heat blown back inside the case, exhaust the rear fan.

I must remove the rear fan to set up there the H80i, so should i set up the fans of H80i as exhaust?

Yes, that is what I was referring to. You don't want that heated air blowing back into the case.
