H80i v2 heat issue

Got this cooler and installed. Not complicated with the YouTube videos. Cant find any for my mb tho. Trying to figure out if it's me not plugging in right or a cooler pump issue. Any help would be awesome.
Running a powerspec g350, i7 7700. 16gig ram 8gig graphics. Much less than 100hrs total on it and the cooler has less tha 1hr.

Mind sharing with us how you've connected the cooler to the board and other headers? Are these the specs to your prebuilt?

It is hooked up as it shows on YouTube. That's actually what corsair directs you to for install instructions. And yes those are the specs on my system

Only thing I disnt do is hook up the USB port inside for the rgb
