heyy Forumers.. i am new to pc gaming and quite enjoying it now and since i have a shitty laptop atm, i want to build my first gaming pc and i have a few questions regarding that..
First of all this is the build:
intel i5 4440
asrock h81m vg4/ gigabyte h81m s1
seagate barracuda 1tb 64mb cache
kingston hyperX fury 8gb
sapphire r9 270x
LG dvd burner
corsair vs-550 psu
deepcool tesseract cabinet
intex 600va UPS (i am from India lol)

so i wanna ask if there are problems/incompatibilities in this build? and also the graphics card that i selected is a dual slot card and the mobo has only 1 pcie express x16 slot so, will i be able to run my gpu on this mobo?? hope you guys can help..

please excuse any grammatical mistakes..

u mean 760? well the price difference between them is very significant in my country and the one that is available is of a reference design. so r9 270x is the better one to go with..

it may sound nooby but i read somewhere that r9 270x needs two pcie express slots for full bandwidth.. 1 with the x16 and the other with the x4.. so is this true or just something that i misunderstood?

Nah, a single GPU only requires to be plugged into one PCI slot. However due to the height of it, it may cover up pci slot(s) below it. perhaps that is what you were mistaking.
