h81m-e cant install bios?

I went to asus website to download bios https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H81ME/HelpDesk_Download/
And i cant opened i try winzip and and 7-zip and nothing works. Any idea how i can update bios with my new motherboard ?

i just tried downloading this

it let me open the file, it is a cap file, if you can't open it, try with a different web browser or your ram might be bad and corrupting the download, try with another pc

But i just reinstall the whole windows. I mean i did extract the file H81M-E-ASUS-2203 but i just cant open it.
