Question H81M P33 MSI problem

So i.ve bought a pc from a friend in september 2018 and i need to update my bios but i can.t find the second serial number, MSI forum is useless because nobody replies
, i.ve watch only the front side of it, can it be on the back, maybe? I don.t want to dissamble it because i think i will broke something, please help me, thanks!

It was on the back of the mb but, idk, i need to register it on the app, logged in on the msi register forum, registered it and then on the app, keep said to register it and if i put the serial number it’s the same error and says to go to msi register forum to register the mb (i need the serials to update the bios with live update, no usb just a automatic update, idk how to explain it, basically u don’t need a usb stick to install it just install like a, windows update or something)
