H81mobo- over clocking

Hi I see lots of ppl saying we can't over clock our processor with a h81 mono .I have an Asus h81 m-d .I can over clock my i7 4790k to stable 4.7ghz with antec 1200 pro cooler .but why I see lots of comments that we can't over clock in h-81 mobo ?

A H Series mobo can't overclock using standard techniques, Intel doesn't allow it. However Asus did release a BIOS update, for some motherboards, that allow overclocking using the base-clock method (this rises the clock-speed of everything in the system, e.g. the CPU, RAM, GPU, ect). However I wouldn't suggest this as its not a very stable way of doing so.

A solution would be to buy a Z series motherboard, but that is a lot of extra effort.

No I didn't mean the base clock over clocking .I tried it we can't ocerclock above few MHz I got just around 4ghz ,it has a seperate core clock and core voltage control with memory over clocking and memory voltage control also .I can over clock memory upto 1866mhz
