I won't be overclocking the cpu of course.

I found on new egg Hi-Fi z87x for $110. While some features are limited, I guess it does everything I would need.

But since I'm not overclocking, should I just get a H87?
I found ECS B85H3-M which is pretty cheap but its microATX and I'm not quite sure about the disadvantages of micro.
The second option is ASRock Fatal1ty H87 Performance which is ~$102 and it isn't a micro. The next question is if its worth paying an extra $8 for the Z87 if I were to get the ASRock H87?

Solution
H87 and Z87 are similarly equipped so the main difference is overclocking. mATX boards are smaller and have fewer expansion slots. I personally would go with a H87 board.
I recommend to but the asus, asrock, gigabyte.

And it is not the extra $8, it depend on what you want, like do you need 2x pcie for CF or SLL, what color do you like, and other feature you like.
If you don't oc, then it is fine to buy H81, H87 or B85 MB. Take the one you like do worry the $8 extra.

Yeah I'm not planning on overclocking. I'm not sure how the future outlook is for the mobo and how long it can last me.
Probably won't be needing the 2x pcie. The H87 is nice cause it has 4 USB 3.0 and 6 sata 6gb. But then I'm not sure how useful USB 3.0 is in the future as I only have an external HD that uses it really. And I'm only using 1 SSD so extra SATA doesn't seem too beneficial. I was leaning toward the z89 only cause it was mentioned in Tomshardware budget mobo for 2013

Really even considering downgrading to the i7 4570 as a much cheaper alternative

The board is going to last as long as the CPU. If this is for gaming the 4570 makes sense as a money saver.
