Hacked Steam Account + unable to add friends

Okay so my steam account has been hacked, but I got it mostly back. I have changed password, email address, and mobile authenticator, and de-authorized all devices. So essentially I’m back in. But, they deleted all my artwork, and removed all my friends. Everything seems to be working except I can’t add any friends. And people can’t find my account when they search for it. Why is this and is there anything I can do? I am posting this on here instead of on steam because I am away from home and can’t get on my computer right now, and all steam forums are for if you can’t get back into your account, which I can.
