Hacking speed limit set by ISP

I have spectranet fiber optic broadband connection at home.They offer 16mbps internet connection at certain limits as per plan.After limit speed is reduced to 1mbps but for youtube video streaming and download,google playstore in android phone speed does not get reduced.It is continuing at the same 16mbps even after speed limit.Then there is definetely some loopholes with their ISP service.Is there any way i could use this loop hole and get 16mbps speed for other uses also like browsing,torrent download.please help me

#1: Pay for a better plan from the provider without bandwidth limitations.

#2: Find a different provider that doesn't limit your bandwidth.
