Hello,
I have a hackintosh with an nvidia gtx 980ti from EVGA. This thing isnt faulty as i already replaced the previous inno3D x4 one with this EVGA one.
The situation:
The hackintosh has a gigabyte z97x-ud3h motherboard (had an issue where the vcore would be 1.45v out of the box, fixed that tho)
My PSU is a cooler master g750m and its probarbly fine.
I use a displayport (full, not mini) cable from my gpu to my monitor
My monitor is a 21:9 LG ultrawide (1080x2560)
Problem:
Everytime i boot, i have no display. However, if i switch ports (from displayport-port 1 to displayport-port 2) on my gpu, it works. Then i try to boot again and its black again (Even the motherboard POST is black... So no display at all until i plug it into the othere port)
The hackintosh runs YOSEMITE 10.10.3 using chimera. It also runs windows 10 and has good web drivers.
This is not a driver problem, i think, because not even the motherboard POST works!
I would highly appreciate a good answer D: I spent a lot of money on this machine...
