Question Hackintosh on Intel dh61bf

Hello there any help and suggestions is appreciated ! Can I install Macos Sierra ?

My pc specs are Intel i3 3220 , Intel dh61bf motherboard,12gb ram (4+8) and gtx 1050ti and power supply is Zebronics 450w . Can I install macOS Sierra on my pc ? And how about all drivers for components and my WiFi card is Realtek rt2870 USB adapter . I also have a gigabyte GA H61M-S motherboard but my monitor shows black screen if I use that motherboard(don't know why) .

Can you install it? Possibly.

However, where do you expect to <legally> obtain a copy of MacOS? Apple will only sell you a copy if you own Apple branded hardware. Any other source is not legal and cannot be discussed here.
