Hello, this is my first thread, first of all
my motherboard:Gigabyte
Model:G41MT-S2PT
Operation System: windows XP
today i put WIN7 on my USB Flash Reader with 8GB Card using Windows7 USB/DVD download Tool (used this program many times) and i tried to install windows 7 through F12 and then choose USB-hdd it shows me this message "NTLDR is Missing press alt-ctrl-del to restart"
then i searched for this problem and i found the main reason for this problem is that NTLDR file has been deleted then i went to check it out and i found it, it's not deleted.
So, please if anyone had this problem and have the solution, don't hesitate to tell me, Thanks in advance and sorry about my bad Language :)

hy bro if you have a usb then goto this link and download the software which will help you to install the iso file on a usb with making it bootable and it also works perfectly (from my experience) http://www.isotousb.com

after downloading just install it on pc then open it and select browse then select your iso file(operating systems iso file that you want to install) and in usb drive select the drive you will install in and check the square in bootable and remeber it will format the whole drive you have selected and then install ,
Now wait for some time to it complete and when complete your usb's ready as a bootable usb and try installing

Hope it work's ,Best of luck ^-^
i found another problem,
i installed an exp windows in my USB flash and my PC read it and everything were working fine,
i thought the problem is coming from windows 7 iso file
i downloaded windows 8.1 pro and installed it on my USB drive with windows 7 usb flash tool (Microsoft Product)
and i got the same message "ntldr"
can you tell me how to make USB is bootable with another program?
maybe the windows 7 program the the major problem.
