HAF 922 Mail in Rebate?

I recently purchases a HAF 922 on Newegg. I have the mail in rebate form to fill out but I have a couple questions. First I need the receipt. The case didn't come with one so I'm assuming its the order confirmation saying I purchased it. Next I need the UPC bar code number. I'm assuming its the code on the box.

Please tell me If I'm correct about this or If I'm missing a step. Thank you.

Your newegg receipt is sufficient - print it. Then cut the UPC off the box. Fill in the rebate form an enclose the receipt and the UPC from the box.

Please note that newegg won't take returns without the box having the UPC intact, so you won't be able to RMA the case to newegg.
