HAF X blue edition front fans won't turn on.

All the LEDs work fine, but the front fan will not spin. If I push the fan with my finger it will spin, but other than that, it won't turn on automatically.

Possibly too low voltage for teh fan to start up. Check if you have 12v input. If you connected to 5v it possibly wouldn't start.

Is it a new fan?

If it's old and the bearings are shot or its all clogged up with dirt there may be too much resistance for the motor to overcome when starting.

I am pretty sure it is powerful enough. EVERY component is brand new. Well, brand new in that I started building it 7 months ago and bought each piece every few weeks, but I barely put it together this month.
