Solution
Shoots self for blindly missing you already told me all this.

CPU - AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2
8gb DDR3
RX 480 GPU
1tb WD hdd
what PSU?

Oculus VR Headset
Netgear Wireless Adapter

So ram is fine, I suspect problem is your CPU but as the only way to know for sure is to use another CPU and see if it fixes it, I would suggest getting a PC repair shop to look at the hardware. IT might be motherboard or PSU as well, and those are also items you can only identify with spares

I have a 430w 80+ from evga, an amd fx 4300, amd rx 460, 8gb ram. 7200k rpm 1tb western blue, a gigabyte motherboard compatible with my cpu and everything, and 3 case fans

Its one of the tags you have attached to post.

Error 41 isn't PSU, its just the result of a report Windows runs on startup to establish if PC was shut down right the previous time. IT found it wasn't so it made Kernel error 41.

WHEA errors can be caused by Overclocking so remove that if you have one. remove any overclocking software as well.
Can be caused by Heat so make sure PC is clean inside.

I will ask someone to look at dump files.

Hi, I ran the dump files through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/a5dG.html

File: 071718-22453-01.dmp (Jul 17 2018 - 01:20:45)
BugCheck: [WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)]
Probably caused by: AuthenticAMD (Process: svchost.exe)
Uptime: 0 Day(s), 0 Hour(s), 18 Min(s), and 05 Sec(s)

File: 071718-21812-01.dmp (Jul 17 2018 - 00:43:02)
BugCheck: [WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)]
Probably caused by: AuthenticAMD (Process: Overwatch.exe)
Uptime: 0 Day(s), 7 Hour(s), 02 Min(s), and 14 Sec(s)

The overclocking driver "AODDriver2.sys" was found on your system.
The overclocking driver "RTCore64.sys" was found on your system.

Motherboard: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-78LMT-S2-rev-11#ov
It appears that you have the latest available BIOS already installed for your system.

I can't help you with this. Wait for additional replies. Good luck.

Apart from the below specs, what are the other parts in the PC?

CPU - AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2

I said earlier that the Event 41 isn't a sign of a bad PSU but I didn't mean to exlude it from possibly causes of the WHEA errors.

WHEA errors are notoriously difficult to solve because the cause is simply "unknown hardware failure". The dumps nor system info submitted cannot even hint at the piece of hardware that has failed. WHEA errors can be caused by Heat as well so make sure inside case isn't full of dust in fans and heat sinks

Try running memtest on your ram sticks, one stick at a time. Up to 8 passes, any error count higher than 0 is too high, and that memory stick needs to be removed/replaced

Run Prime 95 on the CPU - http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/prime95-download.html

Try running HDTune on your SSD/Hard drives - look on the health tab and see if every line gets an OK tick after the SMART test finishes

I replaced my hard drive about a week ago and I ran the windows memory diagnostics and they said my ram was perfect. Also if I run prime 95 then my computer blue screens after about 5 minutes. I have an AMD RX 460 with 8gb of ram. I also have a WD blue 1tb HDD.

the windows memory diagnostic isn't as good as memtest

With CPU crashing so fast it could be the cause. Prime95 checks ram as well, hence reason I want you to check ram out

If there is any problem with your CPU, your RAM, or the parts of your motherboard which are the interface between your CPU and RAM, then Prime95 has a tendency to fail. This is a very useful characteristic if your computer is flakey and you're not sure which component is causing the problem. If your computer can run Prime95 for 24 hours without any errors, then you can usually assume that your CPU and the parts of the motherboard which interface with the CPU and RAM, are stable and working well.

I ran the torture test that you linked me and it crashed my pc in about 30 seconds. And I cant run memtest because I need to buy a flash drive in order to run it because I dont own one. Do you have any ideas of whats wrong?

Not until we have eliminated working parts of PC from potential causes.

What other parts are there in PC? WHEA can be any part so knowing what you have might help.

Check the ram once you get a USB as it is 1 less item to check out

I have my motherboard, cpu, gpu, hdd, ram, 430w power supply, and 3 case fans. I also have a usb wifi adapter. I know that the hard drive works because i just replaced it to hopefully fix the bsod but it never did. I ran the memtest and my ram works. Thats all I know for sure. I also just crashed while watching youtube and installing an item but i dont know if that will help. Thanks in advance for all of your help.

Sorry I am slow to react, I was feeling sick yesterday.

Can you download and run a program called Speccy. It will show us what parts are in your PC and what their makers are so I can keep trying to figure out what cause is - https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download
ONce you run it, click File > save snapshot and it will let you save all the info as a file. Name it what you like and then upload it to same place you put dump files and show a link here.

WHEA can be caused by any hardware so knowing what you have now will help test it all.
