Hal.dll and ntoskrnl.exe causing blue screen

i have windows 10 pro edition,
intel i5-4760k @ 3.40ghz
AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
16 gigs of RAM
this problem has been causing issues since i bought the pc from a friend, it started with black desert online where it would let me play for a while before going to the blue screen, now it happens with almost every game from PUBG, to black desert, to counterstrike occasionally, i just bought GTA5 to play rp and it happens almost every 10 minutes, my CPUs temp stays at around 50 degrees Celsius while playing, and also a side note. it happens even sometimes when im trying to run MSI afterburner. it just freezes and im forced to unplug. ive tried reinstalling windows 10 multiple times. Ive done the windows memory diagnostics test and it came back with nothing. What else is there to do? ive run who crashed and this is what i got

how would i go about fixing this? if its a hardware issue like i have to replace the cpu or something im gonna have to sell it and just buy another pc, upgrading is not an option. PLEASE if you have anything that might resolve these issues please feel free to comment and let me know. i just want this issue taken care of so i can use the pc i paid for. Im also not that PC smart so if you could explain what you want me to do/ what i should do as if im a 3rd grader, that would be greatly appreciated

WHEA = Windows Hardware Error Architecture. Machine Check Exception is a form of WHEA error as well.
Both called by CPU but may not be caused by it.

HAL.dll = Hardware Abstraction layer, acts as filter between hardware and kernel
NTOSKRNL = windows kernel. It handles all driver requests, power management, and memory management. It sits between Hardware and Applications. It got blamed but its not the cause

can you look in C:\WINDOWS\Minidump and copy all the files there to another location. Then from this other location, upload them to a file sharing site and share link here, as someone will look at them and figure out cause.

remove any overclocking software. If you have an Asus motherboard, remove AI Suite. remove MSI Afterburner.

I think you have your CPU code wrong, its a 4670k, not a 4760k... only stands out as I have a 4690k and was thinking there weren't any new I5 in that family after mine
