hal.dll Bluescreen Windows 7 x64 Dell Studio 1735

Hi,
I have only just installed Windows 7 x64 on my Dell Studio 1735 and I am suddenly getting a "hal.dll" bluescreen with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I never got this before formatting and was wondering if anyone had any ideas on fixing it.
I have installed all the available Windows updates and have installed all drivers with DriverPack Solution & have checked in Device Manager and there are no yellow (!)

I have attached a Mini-dump so you can see the details. I used NirSoft' BlueScreenView to view the Blue-screen.
