Half height video card with s-video and or hdmi output

I've got several Dell low profile GX280's that I want to turn into HTPC's. So I need to find a good half height video card with s-video and HDMI output. I'm not concerned about gaming performance. But I am concerned about HDMI support. These boxes would be running either Windows XP or Windows 7. Thanks.

An HD4350 would be a good choice as long as there is no gaming involved.
