Half my screens wont turn on

So ive been having a lot of issues with my compute lately and it just recently had my bottom screens (All on the same graphics card) shut off at the same time, and they wont turn back on. Is this a dead graphics card? My upper screens (on a different graphics card) will turn on. Im running with 2 AMD Radeon 7950 HD crossfired for a 6 screen display.

Try swapping:

1. The ports of the graphics cards (swap them around)
2. The connections to the graphics cards themselves

The problem could be the PCI-E port, graphics card or monitors themselves.
