Half My Sreen Cut off windows 7

the edges of my screen on my windows 7 laptop are cut off and no i dont have nvidia, the laptop is a compaq presario c700 someone help

sounds like your resolution

right click the desktop > Screen resolution

It looks like the default resolution for that screen should be 1280x800
