Question Half of my monitor is a black screen

When i woke up this morning i notice my monitor screen is half black. Its like the entire desktop just crammed to the left half of the monitor.
You can see in the picture. Ive changed resolutions and everything and all it does is change the resolution size of the half of the screen that shows the desktop. System restore does nothing but i see a restore point happen this morning. I dont have any other previous restore points,
How can this be fixed

Hello

I was wondering if you already tried uninstalling the video driver, restarting the computer, letting Windows 10 install the default driver, and then clean-installing the video driver again?
