I made a mistake, I put the plug into my floppy drive wrong (only plugged into 3 of the 4 pins, should really be careful) Then I started up my computer not paying attention, and a spark flew out of the power connector connected to the floppy, then my computer shutoff and wouldn't turn back on. So, I switched power supplys and it worked. But now instead of getting my full 1400 mhz speed I am getting 700 mhz.
(The power supplies are the same wattage.) So my question is, what is wrong? Is it a mobo problem, or a cpu? Should I start shopping for new parts, or can I get this fixed?

Thanks
