Hi i just built my computer and iv noticed that when i play certain games such as Realm Royale and League of Legends my computer freezes for half a second occasionally and the audio makes a brrrrr sound. Other games such as Overwatch its cool, but it also happens occasionally when im watching streams or watching videos.

Here are my computer specs:
Motherboard: X370 Gaming plus (MS-7A33)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six-core Processor
Memory: Crucial 8GB Single DDR4
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Power supply: EVGA 700 B1 80+ Bronze 700W
HD: Seagate 1TB
OS: Windows 10 64 bit

Any help is appreicated, been stressing on how to fix it

Solution
I have the same problem from time to time pc will freeze for a fraction of a second and audio makes that sound turnsout it was a CPU problem it will spike boost to 3.95-4.0ghz on stock cooler no OC with 1.365v. After days of searching found out that in the BIOS you can set Power Supply Idle Control to typical current idle that helped me no freeze for 48h and no audio hickups.

CPU is Ryzen 5 2600 and MB is MSI B450 Tomahawk with G.Skill 16gb RAM runing on 2933mhz XMP Profile 2
did you drink too much?

Edit.. just kidding.. I would reinstall the vid and audio drivers.. AND check your temps and see what is running in the background.. maybe you have something using resources like a antivirus scan that decides to run at those times?

ireinstalled the vid and audio drivers but to no prevail :/. i notice sometimes when i just open up a stream or game it brrrrs as if its having to load something quick and then its good for awhile but its alot worse when playing games it does it every now and then.

Also when it brrrs my Disk 0 in Task spikes pretty hard and then falls back down to like 0-5%

would my computer kind of stutter aswell because of an audio issue?

i lowered it to the 16bit 44100hz and it seems to have made the brrr sound more quiet, which is nice. Also whenever i get that microstuttering iv noticed that in the task manager my CPU and GPU shows a spike from 0% to around 20-50%.

To enter safe mode click restart while holding shift (Windows 8/8.1/10) if you see a message that says "please wait" that means your doing everything properly, click advanced options, startup settings, then click restart. if you see startup settings after restarting, hit 4 or 5 or 6. then windows will enter to safe mode

if the issue still occurs please let me know

so iv entered into safe mode with networking, so what would be the next step into finding the problem? also thanks alot for replying and helping me

See if it still occurs
