how to convert 64bit to 32bit

your question needs to be more clear.
if you are asking if you can 'convert' 64bit windows to 32bit, the answer is not possible. you have to freshly reinstall a 32bit windows. in case you do it in the same hdd partition, it'll overwrite the previous data.
