Hello,
I've recently installed the old Halo 2 Vista for Windows 7 and the fps is fine, everything works apart from the fact that the game runs in slow motion. It takes double the amount of time for anything to happen.
Computer specs:
CPU: I7-4770k
GPU: GTX 660
RAM: 16 GB
This computer is more than capable of running Halo 2 and as mentioned, the fps is fine. Just the game itself is running in some sort of slow-motion bug. I've even tried using programs such as cheat engine to try and speed up the game through injection but that doesn't work, it just makes everything worse (worth a shot).
I've been trying to fix this for about 2 days now. I've tried messing with the VSync options in the NVidia control panel, I've tried adjusting power settings that are also in the Nvidia control panel and nothing is working for me.
Any ideas?
