Halo dedicated server info?!?

I have a Halo DS running and it seems quite popular but I am seeking info on
modifications. I can easily rotate maps and game type but I would like to be
able to modify the actual game play. That is to say I would like to
add/remove vehicles, add unlimited nades and such. Where can I find this
info and is it even possible.
