Hello Can I plug all my fans into this http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...ucts_id=32848n and then plug a molex from my fan controller to the device up there and then control all my fans

dont think so

the molex on the fan controller is usually male--to take power from the psu

think thats just a basic fan splitter with no speed control

swiftech do a better version which is pwm

so if you have a 4 pin pwm connector on motherboard you can use the bios or software to control the fan speed
