[SOLVED] halved my usb sticks's space after windows 10 installation

so i have a usb stick(Philips Pendrive USB 3.0 64 GB - Vivid Edition (Purple)) and i put windows media creation tool to install windoes 10 on my new pc. After i did that i connected the usb stick to my laptop to format it back to how it was, but the space was halved to 32 gb. I even tried the option: Restore device defaults, but it is still 32 gb. Can i even fix that and get it back at 64 gb?

Yes, 32GB. It was formatted to FAT32.

So, delete ALL partitions on it, and reformat to NTFS.
