Hamachi PING Error

Okay so me and my friend are having an issue with Hamachi and i can't ping him it also says that there is a "VPN error" from him but even before it said that i could not ping him, Yet he can ping me.

How can i help my friend fix his Hamachi

Please note:i tried to ping someone else and he could ping me and i could ping him confirming it's not my PC or my hamachi!

Maybe he just needs to reinstall Hamachi.

No tried that like 4 times COMPLETELY UNINSTALLING it too... it sucks
