Question Handbrake Enable Intel Quick Sync With Nvidia

I have an I7 13700k and want to use Intel Quick Sync in Handbrake but it is not available. I have an Nvidia RTX 3070 gpu installed and Nvenc shows up in Handbrake but I can't figure out how to use Quick Sync without possibly hooking up a different monitor to enable the igpu. I know Quick Sync is the cpu not anything to do with the Nvidia card. I am using Windows 11. Any Ideas?

You don't need to hook up a different monitor, as long as your current one has more than one input, hook it up to the same one.
It needs to be connected for windows to recognise it and starts downloading drivers.
