Handing downloaded Usenet folders that appear empty.

I could use some help dealing with usenet download folders. Sometimes these folders download and open without any problem, however, the last show I downloaded came in with folders that appear empty. I have played with them using 7-Zip and have been successful 3 times, but I can't reproduce my results. I know that my show is there but it isn't showing anywhere and I can't remember how I decompressed, etc. to get to it. I'm using Newshosting usenet client and Windows 10 on my PC. Can't someone help, please? I have a couple of screenshots, but I don't see how to attach them.
