The English manual is online at

PDF format (printable, but much bigger than the original!) at
http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/controller?act=DownloadIndexAct

Other than that, there's not much non-english manuals online - your
best bet is to to see if there is someone who's willing to sell their
dutch manual to you
